Shipping policy

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMING

Shipping cost is calculated on a 'per order', 'per item', or 'per pound'  basis and is based on the shipping option you select.  We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide at our own discretion.  Free shipping is a myth.  Someone pays for shipping.  Shipping costs are either displayed separately or are incorporated into the price of the item. 

SHIPPING TIMING

You can see each product's estimated arrival date during the checkout process.  During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date form the options provided. 

Entering your shipping destination ZIP code or allowing Shopify to use your current location can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date.  Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping.  This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date.  If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period.

POST OFFICE BOXES

Please note that based on size, weight, or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to a PO box address.  If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, your shipment may be delayed, returned by the shipper, or lost in the dead letter file cabinet.  We do our best to alert you (buyer) to this possibility on any given item, however, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable items associated with a PO box address..

TITLE TO PRODUCTS

Purchases of items and products  through GRANDPA GRUMPS ENTERPRISES, LLC are subject to the policies of a third party drop shipping company.  This may include a destination contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to-address, and GRANDPA GRUMPS ENTERPRISES, LLC is not responsible or liable for an loss, theft, or damage to your items.  You should see the terms of service of the shipping carrier you choose at checkout.
