In 1939 Wriggleys used drawings like mine for the original twins. In 1959 they began using real twins. The Boyd twins aka Knoerzer twins were the first twins ever to appear on television. There have been 10 sets of twins. None were ever allowed to chew gum in the ads. Buy a shirt, or order a different drawing of twins if you like. Gum not included.
